1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Vital Fill LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Vital Fill mobile application and the Church Management portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Vital Fill LLC provides software solutions including nutritional tracking based on the USDA database and organizational management tools for community groups. Our services are provided "as-is" and are subject to development updates.

3. Not Medical Advice

The nutritional information provided by the Vital Fill application is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding a medical condition.

4. Subscription, Cancelation, and Payments

Certain services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing via our third-party processor, Stripe.

• Cancelation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• Promotions: Promotional rates apply to the initial term only. Subsequent renewals will be billed at the standard rate.

5. Refund and Dispute Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting us. We do not offer refunds for partial billing cycles after this period unless required by law.

As Vital Fill LLC provides digital software services, there is no physical return process for goods.

6. Legal and Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, nor to attempt to compromise the security of our infrastructure or the data of other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vital Fill LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
