1. Introduction

Vital Fill LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information across our services, including our mobile applications (such as NutriRank) and our SabbathStream church management platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information (SabbathStream): Name, email address, and organization affiliation provided by church users during onboarding. NutriRank does not require or collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• Personalization Data (NutriRank): The gender and age range you select to personalize your nutrient targets. This is used to calculate your personalized values and is stored on your device; it is not tied to your identity.
• Organizational Data (SabbathStream): Content provided for church bulletins, speaker schedules, and musician roles.
• Purchase Information: When you subscribe, we and our providers receive confirmation of the transaction (such as the product purchased, the date, and an anonymous purchase identifier). We never receive or store your payment card number.
• Technical Data: IP address and basic device information required for security, fraud prevention, and infrastructure stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide the services you request, specifically:

• To provide and operate app features, including nutrient rankings, bulletins, and schedules.
• To create and manage your account and subscription.
• To process payments (see Section 4).
• To send service-related and, where configured, organizational notifications.
• To secure our services and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

NutriRank offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (NutriRank Pro).

• In-app subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never receive or store your payment card details. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• We use RevenueCat to manage and validate subscription entitlements. RevenueCat processes a randomized app-user identifier, purchase records, and device information on our behalf.
• For our SabbathStream church platform, payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers on our servers.

5. Data Storage, Security & International Transfers

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers operated by Vital Fill LLC and our hosting providers, located in the United States and the European Union (Germany). We use SSL/TLS encryption in transit and role-based access controls to protect your information.

Because Vital Fill LLC is based in the United States and uses hosting in the European Union, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the EU. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted providers necessary to operate our services:

• Apple: Processes in-app subscription purchases for NutriRank.
• RevenueCat: Manages and validates app subscription entitlements.
• Stripe: Secure payment processing for the SabbathStream platform.
• Twilio: Delivery of SMS notifications to service participants (SabbathStream).

Nutrient values are derived from the publicly available USDA FoodData Central database. No personal data is shared with the USDA.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

NutriRank does not create a personal account and does not store your name, email, or contact information. You can remove all NutriRank personalization data at any time by deleting the app from your device, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

SabbathStream users may delete their account and associated personal data at any time by emailing admin@vital-fill.com; we will process the request and delete data we are not legally required to retain.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at admin@vital-fill.com and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@vital-fill.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply to you.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, through in-app or email notice. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
