How to delete your GLP-1 Strong data

Almost everything you enter in GLP-1 Strong is saved only on your phone. You can delete it yourself at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. On the Today tab, tap Settings.
2. Tap "Your data", then "Delete my data".
3. Read the message and confirm. The screen starts on Cancel, so you will not delete by accident.

This removes everything saved on your phone, cancels your reminders, and starts the app fresh. If you made an account, it also deletes your account on our server (your email or Apple sign-in ID and sign-in tokens). If we cannot reach our server, nothing is deleted until you choose "Delete only on this phone".

What this does not delete

• Information in the Apple Health app. Change or delete that in the Health app.
• Doctor reports or exported files you already shared or saved. Delete those where you saved them.
• Your Premium subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

If you deleted the app, or cannot open it

Deleting the app removes the data on your phone. If you made an account and want it removed from our server, email admin@vital-fill.com from the email address on the account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Take a copy first

In Settings, "Your data", tap "Export my data" to save everything as one file.
